Bid Opportunities

The Procurement section manages the bid opportunities including request for proposals (RFPs), invitation to tender (ITT) and invitation to quote (ITQ). Formal invitations to bid are issued for most acquisitions having an expected value over $75,000.00 for goods and services and $200,000.00 for construction. Procurement advertises the bid opportunities on the Government of British Columbia's website, BC Bid  and bids&tenders eProcurement Portal.

City of Maple Ridge  has transitioned to the bids&tenders platform for sourcing goods and services, enabling vendors to review, register, download, and submit bids online.
