The City of Maple Ridge intends to retain an Architect-led consulting team for the phased approach to include planning, design and contract administration for the development of a new Civic and Cultural Facility located in the civic precinct on the corner of 224th Street and Haney Place, Maple Ridge, BC.
To accomplish this objective, the City is seeking submissions from qualified architectural consulting firms to perform the tasks described in this Request for Qualification. A short list of up to six prequalified consulting firms will be established from this RFQ. Following this process, a Request for Proposal will be issued to the prequalified firms for further consideration.
