The City of Maple Ridge invites proposal submissions from interested and experienced parties for the supply and installation of a synthetic turf field at Merkley Park located at 21970 124 Street, Maple Ridge, BC. The work consists of the supply and installation of a new infilled synthetic turf surfacing system, including synthetic turf, infill, and underlying shock/drainage pad with a finished surface area of approximately 7,900 square metres..
A NON-MANDATORY site meeting is scheduled for 9:00 am (local time) on June 29, 2017 at Merkley Park located at 21970 124 Street, Maple Ridge, BC.
Proposal documents will be available for download from the BCBid website at www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca
All submissions must be accompanied by a 10% Bid Bond as well as a Consent of Surety, confirming that the Proponent, if awarded the contract, can secure Labour, Material Bonding and Performance bonding each in the amount of 50% of the contract price.
