The District of Maple Ridge is inviting qualified and experienced firms to submit proposals for the design, supply, install, commission and training of a Multi-material Two Ram Horizontal Baler System for use by the Ridge Meadows Recycling Society.

Prior to the Proposal Closing Time and Date: 2:00 pm (local time), January 20, 2014.
The District may, entirely at its discretion, consider Proposals that arrive after this time. This
Request for Proposal will not be opened publicly. Faxed or emailed submissions will not be
accepted.
Proposals must be accompanied by the specified Consent of Surety. The successful Proponent will be required to provide a Performance Bond and Labour and Material Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price.
The District of Maple Ridge reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals or to accept the
submission or submissions deemed most favourable in the interest of the District. The District will not be responsible for any cost incurred by the Proponent in preparing their Proposal.
All submissions become the property of the District of Maple Ridge and are subject to the Freedom of Information and Privacy Legislation.
A site visit has been scheduled for Friday, January 3, 2014 @ 10:00 am at the Ridge Meadows Recycling Society, 10092 236th Street, Maple Ridge, BC. Attendance is not mandatory to submitting a Proposal
