The City of Maple Ridge (hereinafter referred to as “the City”) invites proposal submissions from interested and experienced parties to provide all labour, materials and equipment to perform Docks and Floating Boathouse Platform Construction at the Ridge Canoe and Kayak Club located at Whonnock Lake - 27871 - 113 Avenue, Maple Ridge, BC.
The work generally includes but is not necessarily limited to the removal and subsequent disposal of an existing T-shaped floating pedestrian dock, general design, engineering, and construction of new floating pedestrian docks and floating platform for the storage building (“boathouse”) for the Ridge Canoe Club. Not included in this work is the construction of the boathouse superstructure, however, the awarded Contractor for this RFP-PL20-01 will be required to coordinate the final design, fabrication and construction of the docks and floating boathouse platform with Consultants and other General Contractors for the boathouse.
