Haney Farmers Market Celebrates Canada Day2017-07-01T09:00:00
Haney Farmers Market is an event within the massive event that happens for our 150th Canada Day! "My Canada, My Maple Ridge" covers the entire area with food trucks, 5 stages with entertainment, even a kids paradise featuring a bouncy castle, pony rides, and a water park! At the market area, enjoy music by Kelly Evans and Friends. Beaf's BBQ is going all out for this day with an expanded tent of tasty food. Ace Curries has sumptuous curry dishes. Support the Golden Ears Community 4H Club at the Smokey Dogs tent. Shop for crafts, farm produce, liquor, sausages, popcorn, bakery treats, snacks and so much more! Bring a cooler to keep your farmers market goodies cool while you enjoy the day. We will even hold on to it for you at the info tent - BUT remember to pick it up before the market closes at a special later time of 3pm. After we're gone, the rest of the event continues right through until 7pm with a Firefighter's Community BBQ and Multicultural Parade! Come enjoy!

Maple Ridge celebrates our national holiday by bringing together many thousands of people for a remarkable summer festival and ceremony in downtown Memorial Peace Park. The colour guard party leads a parade into the park at the start of the formal protocol ceremony and awards presentations. Five entertainment stages will present arts, culture, music and dance, in addition to a full day of family friendly activities including a Farmer’s Market, a community barbeque, children’s games, splash zone, community displays and multicultural parade. Make it a memorable Canada 150th day with Canadian music and the biggest birthday sing-along.
