Human Resources offers an array of programs and services designed to engage employees in their work and to maximize their full potential in contributing to the achievements of the City of Maple Ridge. Our role is to ensure that the City’s most valuable asset - our people - are being nurtured and cared for through a framework of programs, policies, and procedures; these will enable an innovative, and agile workforce.
We focus on providing added value to the strategic utilization of the City’s employees and ensuring that programs are impactful to the city’s culture and engagement in positive and measurable ways.
