The City is planning to refurbish the existing Tamarack Lane Sewage Lift Station which was installed in 1988 and is located in the trail right-of-way behind 23547 108 Avenue. This project will provide a new wet well storage tank and internal components along with an upgraded electrical connection, kiosk and standby generator. Site drainage will also be improved to decrease surface water seepage which has contributed to the settlement issues with the existing station.
The City has retained Onsite Engineering Ltd. to prepare the preliminary and detailed design drawings and assist in the preparation of tender documents. The design is anticipated to be tendered in early 2023.
