Team Training Opportunities

Team Training is now available at the Maple Ridge Leisure Centre: Our goal is to provide team training options to local sport organizations at the Maple Ridge Leisure Centre.

COVID safety protocols and procedures have been put in place and will be followed to ensure the safety of the trainer/instructor and the athletes.

We can provide a tailored experience for your sports team to help increase their flexibility, balance, strength, and focus. Here are some examples of the packages offered:

  1. Indoor Cycling

    (spin): max 18 athletes
  2. Yoga: max 18 athletes
  3. HIIT

    (high intensity interval training): max 18 athletes
  4. Aquatic Fitness

    (water-based strength training): max 18 athletes
  5. Bootcamp

    (dry-land training): max 18 athletes
  6. Fitness Centre

    (group training): max 18 athletes
  7. Dryland Gymnasium rentals also available *cost depends on date/time booked
