When creating a letter to submit for Council's consideration, please include your daytime contact information. Unless you indicate otherwise, your letter may be included on a public Council agenda and will become public information.
Email correspondence sent to email@example.com is received by all members of Council. Once an enquiry is received, it is acknowledged by the Mayor’s Office, and then forwarded to the appropriate City representative to prepare a response. Mayor and Council receive copies of all responses that are provided.
Emails sent via this link will be sent to all of Council, if you would like to email individual Council members directly, visit “Meet Your Council”, choose their picture and you will find an email address for that particular Council member. Emails are not confidential and can be requested through the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. Only personal information about an individual would be held confidential.
