Development Cost Charges are in the process of being amended. Current rates will be in effect, until the Development Cost Charge Imposition Bylaw is adopted by Council. Information on the bylaw approval process, proposed rate structure and rates can be found on the July 4, 2017 Workshop presentation to Council and the July 11, 2017 Council report and bylaw.
