The deadline for the recent Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows’ Artist in Residence Call to submit proposals for two studio residencies – Osprey Village Retail Storefront, Pitt Meadows (two years) and Fern Crescent Residence, Maple Ridge (three years) has been extended to MAY 21. The opportunity is open to all Canadian artistic teams and collectives in all disciplines including writers, composers, visual artists, musicians, poets, choreographers, theatre artists, video, multi-disciplinary and performance artists, etc.
Both spaces are 100% rent subsidized (excluding utilities, insurance, tenant improvements and/or strata fees) in exchange for a minimum number of community art engagement hours on approved projects/programs developed in collaboration between staff, artist(s) and community groups/centres.
