The City of Maple Ridge (“CMR”) is seeking Expressions of Interest from local home builders for an innovative partnership with the City. Collaboratively with the City of Maple Ridge support, the builder will construct a new single-family dwelling or townhouse/rowhouse or multi-unit residential building (“MURB”) to meet Step 3 of the new BC Energy Step Code. Ideally, the constructed home will be a show home that is part of a larger development.
