The City of Maple Ridge invites proposals from qualified proponent(s) with experience in providing Hydrovac Services on an as, if and when required basis at various locations in the City of Maple Ridge.
Services from qualified Hydrovac companies will be required Monday to Friday during regular business hours as well as after hours, weekends and holidays to support the City of Maple Ridge Operations Department for a one (1) year period commencing approximately March 1, 2019 through to February 28, 2020 with the option to renew for four (4) additional one (1) year periods.
The City’s intention is to establish a short list of two or three service providers. The call out rank will be based on the proposal score given during the evaluation.
The request for Proposal is posted and available for download on the BC Bid website (www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca). Please note that it is the responsibility of the Proponent to occasionally check the website to ensure they receive addendums that may be posted there.
