The City of Maple Ridge (CMR) invites tenders to provide all labour, materials, and equipment to asphalt grind, remove existing asphalt, repave and apply sports coating to five (5) asphalt tennis courts located Thomas Haney Secondary School, accessed from 11445 232 St, Maple Ridge, BC.
The Work generally includes, but is not limited to, removals, all site preparation, asphalt paving, section, site fixtures and court surfacing installation.
A NON-MANDATORY site meeting is scheduled for 8:30 am (local time) on March 4, 2020 at 11445 232 Street Maple Ridge, BC. Attendance is NON-MANDATORY to submitting a Tender response for consideration.
Tender submission requires the accompaniment of a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total Tender Price and a Consent of Surety to provide a Performance and a Labour and Material Payment Bond if the tender is successful, each in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Tender Price.
