The City of Maple Ridge (CMR) invites tenders to provide all labour, materials, and equipment to construct the civil work, only, as per specification for the artificial turf replacement at Westview Secondary Rotary Sport Field located at 20905 Wicklund Avenue, Maple Ridge, BC. The scope of work does not include the supply and installation of artificial turf and shock pad, which will be procured and installed separately by others.
The Work generally includes, but is not limited to, all site preparation including removal and recycling/disposal of existing artificial turf and related infill, excavation and filling permeable aggregate base, assessment of the existing site drainage system, including removal of existing, and supply and installation of new chain link fence rails and mesh.

Tender submission requires the accompaniment of a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total Tender Price and a Consent of Surety to provide a Performance and a Labour and Material Payment Bond if the tender is successful, each in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Tender Price.
