The City of Maple Ridge (CMR) invites tenders to provide all labour, materials, and equipment to construct a new neighbourhood park, Silver Valley Gathering Place: located on 230A Street, Maple Ridge, BC.
The Work generally includes, but is not limited to the construction of a pavilion structure, skate park, pump track, parkour components, play area including all site preparation, grading, removals, excavation, stockpiling, importing, and filling materials, supplying and installation of permeable aggregate base, granular trail surfacing, safety surfacing, site drainage system, site servicing works, prefabricated washroom buildings, water fountain, play equipment, site furnishings, asphalt and concrete work including pathways, plaza, skate area, pump track, areas, soft landscaping and related works.
There is no site visit scheduled for this project. Tenderers are encouraged to visit the site and forward all questions in writing to: on or before the last day for questions.
Tender Documents may be downloaded from BC Bid at www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca. All addenda, amendments or further information will be published to BC Bid. Unverified bid results will be available on BC Bid after Tender closing time.
This procurement is subject to Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the New West Partnership Trade Agreement (NWPTA).
Tender submission requires the accompaniment of a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total Tender Price and a Consent of Surety to provide a Performance and a Labour and Material Payment Bond if the tender is successful, each in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Tender Price.
