The City of Maple Ridge (hereinafter referred to as “the City”) invites submissions from interested and experienced contractors to supply and install four (4) new pit toilet buildings between two locations within Whonnock Lake Park located at 27871 113 Avenue, Maple Ridge, V2W 1M9.
There will be two (2) washrooms buildings at each location set on top of shared pre-cast concrete floor slabs over a pre-cast concrete tank to be shared by two waterless toilets.
The work includes, but is not limited to the supply, delivery and installation of materials specified, including the pre-cast concrete tank and floor slab, buildings, waterless toilet risers, fittings and hardware; site works, excavations for the tank placement, creating positive drainage away from the buildings, accessible connections to the existing pathways adjacent to the buildings.
NO site visit is scheduled for this project.
Submission requires the accompaniment of a Consent of Surety to provide a Performance and a Labour and Material Payment Bond if the proposal is successful, each in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the quoted price. A Bid Bond is not required.
