    The ACT Art Gallery

It’s time to purchase tickets for our annual gallery fundraiser, TeaGarden! Now in its 6th year, TeaGarden offers ticket holders the opportunity to enjoy tea and treats, and maybe a door prize, in the calming ambiance of our beautiful gallery. This year’s guest speaker is locally based “extreme’ birding expert, Dr. John Reynolds who will take us on a pictorial tour of the summer and winter bird species of this region, with special emphasis on the Maple Ridge area. From the vantage point of some of the most diverse bird territories in British Columbia, you’ll hear about the wide variety of species noted by citizen science projects, from widespread species to those of conservation concern. Dr John D. Reynolds is currently the Tom Buell BC Leadership Chair in Salmon Conservation, Department of Biological Sciences, Simon Fraser University. Tickets are limited to this popular event so reserve your seats today!
