Services include, but are not limited to:
• Custodial, ongoing cleaning and minor maintenance duties in and around a large
rental hall.
• Supervision of a community hall and hall users.
• Customer service and managing hall users.
• Clean up after events and bookings.
• Preparation for bookings, hall viewings, table/chair and equipment set-up.
Liability insurance and a criminal record search is mandatory for all contractors.
Remuneration:
A three bedroom, 1200 sq ft. residence (must live on-site) is provided and valued at market
rent as remuneration for the duties provided. Additional remuneration for large events
held at the hall to be negotiated with the successful candidate.
