Online-Only Applications Begin May 1

Starting May 1, 2026, the City will only accept online applications for all building permit types available through the online building portal.  Learn more about how our faster, more convenient online permit applications are saving builders and developers time and effort below.

Moving to a paperless process takes you from application to approval, quicker than ever, helping you move from planning to building and turning ideas into reality.

Supporting New Housing
