On Tuesday, February 28, Council endorsed the 2023 Parks, Recreation & Culture Plan (the Plan), marking the end of the fourth and final phase of the Plan's development.

The Plan will guide how parks, recreation, and culture services (facilities and programs) are delivered over the next ten years and will be used by staff and Council to inform decision making and priority setting.
