The Social Outpost is a 19+ relaxed retreat overlooking the festival where great music meets great company.
This year we have reimagined the space to put ticket holders centre stage in all of the action with exclusive amenities. Enjoy elevated bleacher seating, dedicated air-conditioned washrooms, a private bar to purchase beer, wine and other provisions. This is the place to connect with your neighbours between performances on the mainstage while still being right in the heart of the action.
This is the perfect spot to catch up with friends, entertain clients, or simply treat yourself to the best seat in the park. This year we are pleased to introduce a group rate which is a great fit for local businesses looking to host clients, friend groups, workplace teams, and family celebrations.

To ensure the safety and comfort of all festival participants, chairs are not permitted within the event site.
Safety
Chairs can be thrown, causing injury, or used to create dangerous projectiles.
Crowd Control
In crowded areas, chairs can create tripping hazards and block pathways, making it difficult for people to move around safely.
Viewing Angles
Large chairs can obstruct the view of people standing behind them, especially in areas with limited space.
You can bring a blanket into the event area but as the night goes on you may wish to pack it up so you can get on your feet and sway with the community!
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
Yes! We have reserved accessible seating for those who require it and one (1) accompanying guest from 5 pm–10:45 pm. This will be first come, first served seating. This lives within our liquor licensed area so all ages are welcome and you may wish to enjoy a beverage from there as well.
Wagons, bikes, e-scooters and scooters will not be allowed in the festival site and can be left with the free Bike Valet at the event.
Bike Valet will be open from 2 pm–11 pm.
Our Neck of the Woods is open from 2 pm to 10 pm.

Haney Place Loop from Thursday, Sep 3 at 8 am to Sunday Sep 6 at 6 pm.
- Full closure at the entrance to the park with no access to the facility through the ring road
- No vehicle pick up/drop off at the front of the building during these times
- The over height parking lot (accessible parking) will not be available as of Thursday Sep 3 at 8 am
Saturday, Sep 5 on 224th between McIntosh and 119th and Fraser Street between Dewdney Trunk Road and McInstosh: 11am–12 am (Midnight).
- Access to underground parking will be from Dewdney Trunk or Edge Street only
While we would like to encourage guests to take transit, ride-share, walk or bike to the event we understand that many of you will want to drive. Limited parking is available underground at the Business Centre via the entrance off Dewdney Trunk Road or Edge Street by the bus loop. Limited street parking is available along Dewdney Trunk Road. Free street parking is available within a five-minute radius walk of Memorial Peace Park (including but not limited to Brown Ave.).

It sure is! We encourage you to visit the Family Zone, Translink's Car Free Zone on 224, and all amazing live music.
We love dogs but we ask you to be mindful that we are anticipating 15,000 people and we would encourage you to make the right choice for your dog.
- Hours: Pets are welcome from 2 pm to 6 pm only. After 6 pm, we ask pets to stay at home for your pet and the public’s safety
- Leashes Required: All pets must be on a leash no longer than six (6) feet at all times
- Behavior: Pets must be well-behaved. Aggressive behavior will not be tolerated, and pets displaying such behavior may be asked to leave the event
- Cleanliness: Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Waste disposal stations will be provided throughout the event site
- Supervision: Pets must be supervised by their owners at all times. Do not leave pets unattended
Each vendor and food truck will operate their own payment systems. The Beer Garden and licensed areas will be cashless.
Yes! Although we will have bars in the area we want this experience to appeal to your family. Age verified wristbands will be required for those drinking alcoholic beverages. Bag checks and onsite security will make sure the vibes are safe and fun.
Yes there is! For your convenience, the entire park will be licensed for those 19+ to enjoy alcoholic beverages however guest of all ages are welcome.
The Uber and Lyft designated pickup/drop is located along Edge Street.
The Haney Farmers Market is the heartbeat of the city every Saturday from 10 am–2 pm and it is being relocated to Haney Place Mall for September 5. Make sure to check them out.
No long lens cameras will be permitted unless you are an accredited event photographer. No drones will be permitted unless authorized by the event organizers. Feel free to take as many photos and videos as your heart desires on your phone.

This event is a non-smoking event and bylaw officers and event security will be enforcing this.
No outside alcohol is permitted on the event site. No lawn chairs, umbrellas, scooters, e-scooters, wagons, bikes and skateboards. No weapons or anything that could be used as a weapon. No drug use. If you bring any of these items to the event site, you will need to forfeit them at security, and they will be disposed of, or you can leave.
