Call 911 for police, fire, or ambulance emergencies. For time-sensitive Public Works issues such as flooding, sewer backups, watermain breaks, or road hazards, call 24-hour dispatch at 604-463-9581.
This form is monitored Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm, excluding statutory holidays. Your submission will be sent to the appropriate department, and you will receive an email confirmation after you submit it.
- For Life Safety emergencies requiring Police, Fire or Ambulance, please dial 911 immediately (this includes downed or damaged powerline wires)
- Only contact our 24-hour dispatch at 604-463-9581 for: Sewer Back-Ups, Watermain Breaks, Localized Flooding or Ponding, Traffic or Pedestrian Hazards, and other issues requiring an immediate response
- Report human wildlife conflicts to the Conservation Officer at 1-877-952-RAPP (7277)
Submissions to the form below are monitored from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday (excluding statutory holidays). Submissions are emailed directly to the appropriate department; you will receive an email confirmation of receipt.
Community Safety Officers (CSOs) are available from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Sunday, except Statutory holidays, to help address nuisance behaviour, aggressive solicitation/panhandling, homeless encampments.
