126 Avenue Sanitary Sewer and Drainage Main Replacements

The City of Maple Ridge plans to replace the sanitary sewer and drainage mains on 126 Avenue between 216 Street and Grace Street. The existing sanitary sewer is nearing the end of its service life while the existing drainage main is undersized and needs to be replaced to meet the needs of the community.

Aplin and Martin Consultants Ltd. has been retained to design the project. The construction contract will be tendered in the spring of 2024. Construction is anticipated to begin in the summer of 2024 and complete in the fall.
