The City of Maple Ridge plans to upgrade the 136 Avenue sanitary sewer pump station. The pump station services Silver Valley west of the North Alouette river and north of 132 Avenue. The upgrades will provide improved efficiency and reliability by adding modern pumps, instrumentation, and electrical equipment.
Aplin and Martin Consultants Ltd. has been retained to design the project. The construction contract will be tendered in the winter of 2024. Construction is anticipated to begin in the spring of 2024 and complete in the spring of 2025.
