Ridgeview is performing slowly due to a hardware failure on one of the two servers which support it. We are waiting for replacement parts to arrive, and are working with the mapping software company to try to increase RidgeView's performance. Unfortunately due to issues not under our control, we cannot provide you with an estimated time to repair.
