Our Recruitment Process
Applicants must apply online for posted jobs, including answering any pre-screening questions and uploading their resume and cover letter.
Applicants are screened through a series of online questions and a resume and cover letter review.
Short-listed applicants are advanced to an assessment phase, which may include skill testing, presentations, and interviews.
The top candidate will go through relevant background checks, which may include references, security, and driving records.
The successful candidate will be provided a written offer letter digitally for acceptance.
If you accept the employment offer, you will receive an onboarding email to complete new hire paperwork and online training.
- How do I apply?
You must apply online. We are located next to a public library if you need access to a computer to submit your application.

The City has various of jobs including administrative, operational, technical, professional, and leadership roles. The City has a variety of permanent, temporary, and auxiliary positions.
- If a job posting is closed and reposted at a later date, do I need to reapply to be considered?
Yes, if the job posting has a different competition number, you must submit your application again to be considered.
