Category 2 & 3 Fire Ban Expanded to Include Category 1 Campfires
Following an announcement from the Coastal Fire Centre , Maple Ridge Fire Chief Dave Samson has ordered that, effective Thursday, July 16 at noon, all Category 1, 2, and 3 open fires are banned in Maple Ridge. The ban will reduce wildfire risk and help preserve public safety.
